Join us for a special collaborative movement photoshoot directed by Millissa Greenwood, one of Vancouver's favourite Acroyoga instructors and creative minds. Millissa direction will turn your vision into reality, creating a unique 'photoflow' to showcase your practice in a highly visualized style.
Get support on the little details: themes, costumes, location selection, lifts and poses so that you can enjoy your experience in front of the camera. Scopo will then bring it to life with our expertise in movement composition, so you don't need to worry about lighting and aligning with the elements around you.
All skill levels welcome, we will help you find your edges and together we will make some magic!

Millissa has been loving, living and thriving in the AcroYoga world since 2011, where she has finally found a place that feels like home. She got hooked, like many, through the grace, beauty and ease of flying. Yet, over the years, has developed a deeper and fuller love of Acro and now bases and flies with parallel strength and excitement. Millissa has completed both AcroYoga.org and AcroYoga Montreal teacher trainings, as well as Acroversity 2015, 2016 and 2017.
Her love of Acro is rooted in the self expression and the creativity it fosters in all AcroYogis, from beginner to advanced. For Millissa, the cherry on top is the strength and delicacy required in this beautiful and creative practice. Always a student, Millissa continues to study and integrate her AcroYoga knowledge to form her own personal style, fusing creative expression with refinement of technique. Take the leap! Angie helped us select a location that would highlight the vibe we canted to create, and showed up early to canvas the spot for creative opportunities. Our shoot was held outside and went from evening to night, and Angie was quick to adapt her photography to a constantly changing light. She used flash to highlight the night shots, gave advice as to which locations and poses would work best in each light, and found pockets of light for us to utilize. We moved locations and angles consistently and she kept up with every whim and dream we had. To make it even harder for her, we chose a night that was rainy and gusty.
Angie was a total champ, using these elements to add drama and magic to our photos, rather than letting them get in her way.
Millissa was a creative powerhouse. We only had a loose idea of theme and a couple poses and outfits going into it. She listened to the vibe we wanted and quickly started combining all the pieces we had, while pulling inspiration and creativity from the areas around us. Everything that we held important going into it, she made sure we got. And then she added on layers of creativity that we hadn't yet imagined. She was everything from muse, director, pose adjuster, hair and outfit stylist, and hype squad. Her energy and artistic vision is unparalleled.
This was the most perfect way to spend a birthday. I left that night feeling uplifted, confident, and ecstatic. The photos turned out even better than I imagined, and I could not be happier with the results. Every time I look at them I am reminded of how magical that night was. I cannot recommend these two and this experience more."
