We care about your safety. Photoshoots are not a place to try new skills or even old ones that have not been practiced. Spotters are important in circus photography. Please bring someone in your pod to help if needed.
What if I lose my images
You will have free access to your files via dropbox for 6 weeks. After it is archived, there is a $100 replacement charge for additional downloads.
Will photoshoots go ahead rain or shine?
We are constantly adapting to our ever-changing weather.
If an alternate indoor location was not determined beforehand, photoshoots will be postponed until conditions are met to ensure the safety of our performers and equipment.
How do I get my photos?
Edited photos are delivered and downloaded via Dropbox link. We no longer provide burned CD's or USB storage.
Do you travel to meet clients before contracts are signed?
We currently do not travel to meet clients. We do however, do consultations over FaceTime where we will get to know you and make sure we are a good fit to work together.
How do I reserve a photographer for a specific date and time?
All dates are reserved once we receive your signed contract and deposit. Two options can be given if coordinating with a circus photography venue is required.
When do I get my photos?
Post-production for sessions are completed 4-6 weeks after the date of the shoot. A rush fee of $100 will be charged if you require the photos sooner.
What happens if we go over the allotted amount of time agreed upon in our contract?
We understand that circus photography and preparation for any photoshoots can be unpredictable. At the end of your contracted time, we will ask you whether or not you would like to extend. If you just got warmed up and things are flowing, we will stay. Charge rates are specified in your contract rounded to the closest 30-minute increment.
